RE: [tech-geeks] Cloning Wireless

I'd have to agree. This would be painful at best...

We use Ghost -- trying to multicast to wireless laptops is practically
impossible. When we rebuild our laptops, we hardwire them into a
switch.

Subject: [tech-geeks] Cloning Wireless

Hello,

I have 26 laptops that I need to image. They all have Linksys wireless
cards. I have one ready to go with the image I want. Normally with a
wired system, I use a Modular boot disk to connect to the server. From
there, I image using Altiris Rapid Deploy.

What is the recommended method for imaging a group of wireless pc's?

Thanks in advance.

John
